The state of Arizona presented Ronald Jeffrey Washington Jr. with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the Southern Methodist University (SMU) School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Ronnie guilty of the following misconduct.

Ronnie’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Refused to acknowledge wrongful nature of conduct and illegal conduct
• Found guilty of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Ronnie’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

In one matter, after client paid Ronnie $4,500 to represent her in a criminal matter, he sent the following text to her: “May I come tuck you in before you go to sleep tonight?”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Ronnie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Ronnie practices with the Law Office of Ronald J. Washington PLLC in Scottsdale, Arizona.
