Attorney John F. Scanlan of Chicago: moron, scammer  
The state of Wisconsin presented John F. Scanlan with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from DePaul University.
In addition to practicing law in Illinois, Johnny also practiced in Wisconsin. Several years ago the Wisconsin Surpeme Court found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct involving nine clients.
At the time of the misconduct listed above, Johnny was practicing law in Fish Creek, Wisconsin which is about 70 miles north of Green Bay.
As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists sitting on the Wisconsin Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.
In addition, the Wisconsin Lawyers’ Fund for Client Protection approved a claim against Scanlan to folks who lost money through his dishonest conduct.
As we speak (ca. April 2012) John practices at Scanlan Law Office located at 6544 Greenview Avenue in Chicago.
At least the good folks in the Fish Creek and Green Bay area can take comfort in knowing that Johnny’s new victim pool is located in the Chicago area.
