Attorney Howard Friedman of Maitland, FL; deceitful loser

The State of Florida provided Howard David Friedman with a law license in 1987 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Howie guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while he was attempting to dupe the voters into electing him as a Circuit Court judge.

• While running for judgeship, lied in campaign brochures that his opponent had fired his wage as assistant state attorney because she was suffering from cancer
• Used photographs in his campaign brochures with a photograph of himself and his wife in a hospital bed that included a caption next to the photograph, "JEFF ASHTON WRONGFULLY FIRED MY WIFEAFTER SHE GOT SICK WITH CANCER”
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Made a statement with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge
• Knowingly violated or attempted to violate the Rules of Professional Conduct
• As judicial candidate knowingly misrepresented the qualifications of his opponent

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Howie by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.  

As we speak, (ca. March 2020), Howie practices at 2413 Tuscarora Trail in Maitland, Florida.
