Attorney Jose Oliveira of Apopka, FL; ethical elf

The State of Florida provided Jose G. Oliveira with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Barry University School of Law.

FYI: Barry is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Florida State Bar found Jose guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed to provide proper communication to a client regarding a business agreement and foreclosure matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Jose by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

FYI: As one would suspect, Jose and fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.po-law.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak, (ca. March 2020), Jose practices with Parti and Oliveira PLLC at 1284 Seburn Road in Apopka, Florida.
