Attorney Eric Feasley of Sarasota, FL; drunken convict, repeat offender

The State of Florida provided Eric Charles Feasley with a law license in 2009 after he graduated from Stetson University School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Eric guilty of the following misconduct, all of which took place while Jay was sitting as a Broward County judge.

Eric’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Arrested and was charged with driving under the influence with property damage, violation of driver license restrictions, leaving the scene of a crash with property damage, and refusal to submit to testing
• Pled guilty to driving under the influence (DUI)
• Agreed to enter alcoholic diversion program with the Florida Lawyers Assistance Inc. (FLA)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary admonition.

Eric’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to comply with terms and conditions of probation re: prior DUI conviction
• FLA notified state Bar that Eric’s random blood test came back positive for alcohol
• Eric denied he was drinking when notified of the blood test results
• Knowingly violated a court order to abstain from drinking (Screw you, said Eric!)
• Exhibited uncooperative attitude when dealing with ethics investigators
• Refused to accept wrongful nature of his conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Eric by gifting him with a complimentary 45-day suspension of his law license.  

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Eric practices at 3777 Countryside Road in Sarasota, Florida.
