Attorney Sonya Davis of Winter Haven, FL; slacker, loser

The State of Florida provided Sonya Charmaine Davis with a law license in 2001 after she graduated from the University of Florida School of Law.

The Florida State Bar found Sonya guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (Slacker)
• Failed to abide by client decisions
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Sonya!)
• Failure to begin proceedings for substitute counsel for three months, led to client terminating her

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Sonya by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Sonya practices with Sonya Charmaine Davis PA at 6356 Cypress Gardens Blvd in Winter Haven, Florida.
