Attorney Joseph Cohen of Littleton, CO; cheating loser

The State of Colorado provided Joseph C. Cohen with a law license in 1988 after he graduated from the University of Denver School of Law.

Disciplinary Counsel found Joey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain client trust account records
• Failed to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to return unearned fees (cheater)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to maintain individual client ledgers associated with funds he held in trust
• Failed to reconcile his trust accounts on a quarterly basis

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court punished Joey by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.  

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Colorado Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Joey.

As we speak, (ca. April 2020), Joey practices at 800 Rangeview Drive in Littleton, Colorado.
