Attorney David Hameroff of Tucson, AZ; scamming loser

The State of Utah provided David E. Hameroff with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Arizona School of Law.

The Ethics and Discipline Committee of the Utah Supreme Court found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to act with candor towards a tribunal
  • Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
  • Pursued meritless claims and/or made frivolous contentions
  • Did not have good faith basis to file small claims collection case against the defendant
  • The defendant in small claims case did not sing Lease Agreement Davey had in his possession when he filed the case against the defendant
  • Davey failed to advise the Small Claims Court or Superior Court that the defendant had never signed the Lease Agreement
  • Davey refused to acknowledge to the court that the defendant did not sign the Lease Agreement even after that fact had been raised by the defendant in his answer to Davey’s sham complaint
  • Davey refused to stipulate to vacate the sham default judgment entered against the defendant despite the fact she had never signed the Lease Agreement
  • Instead of agreeing to vacate the default judgment, Davey continued to ignore the truth by resisting the defendant’s motions to vacate the sham and unjust default judgment

As one would suspect, Davey and his firm fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.hamerlaw.com. Apparently, they decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Utah Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak, (ca. March 2020), Davey practices with The Hameroff Law Firm PC at 3443 East Fort Lowell Road in Tucson, Arizona.
