Attorney David Gordon of Cottonwood, AZ; lying slacker

The state of Arizona presented David Paul Gordon with a law license in 2000 after he graduated from Western New England University School of Law.

FYI: Western New England University is ranked as the 164th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Arizona State Bar found Davey guilty of the following misconduct.

• Egaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to act with due diligence  
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to expedite client litigation
• Lack of diligence led to dismissal of client’s case for failure to prosecute
• Lied to his client about status of case by telling the client the dismissed case was still pending
• Engaged in a pattern of misconduct
• Misconduct involved dishonest motive

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Davey by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Davey fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.gordonlawaz.com. Apparently, Davey decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Davey practices with Gordon & Gordon PLLC at 850 Cove Parkway in Cottonwood, Arizona.
