Attorney Timothy Williams of Memphis; cheater, serial offender

The state of Tennessee provided Timothy Joel Williams with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Memphis School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Rex guilty of the following misconduct.

Timmy’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Convicted of his 4^th DUI, a serious criminal violation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Timmy the Drunk by gifting him with a complimentary 15-month suspension of his law license.

Timmy’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to communicate with client
• Charged and/or collected an unreasonable or excessive fee (cheater)
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Knowingly disobeyed an obligation under the rules of a tribunal
• Ordered to reimburse client [victim] $2,500

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Timmy the Drunk by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

Timmy’s 3^rd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Timmy the Drunk by gifting him with a complimentary censure.
