Attorney Randy Songstad of Memphis, TN; ethical dwarf

The state of Tennessee provided Randy Nelson Songstad with a law license in 1997 after he graduated from Texas A&M University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Randy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Commingled client funds with personal funds

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Randy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Randy practices at 54 Court Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee.
