The state of Maryland presented Paul C. Huang with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

Paulie’s misconduct related to the services of prostitutes sent to him by an escort service during an eight-year period. Paulie gratuitously reported to the escort service owner on the performance of her employees.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Paulie practices at 5607 Whitney Mill Way in Rockville, Maryland.
