Attorney Linda Mericle of Greenbelt, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Linda Mericle with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Linda guilty of the following misconduct.

• Filed confessed judgment complaint with what appeared to be the actual signature of defense counsel
• Complaints filed by Linda were signed with the permission and authorization of defense counsel, but failed to state they were signed for defense counsel with her permission
• Filed notices with the court representing a copy of a complaint was hand-delivered to defense counsel when this was not always the case

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Linda by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As one would suspect, Linda fails to mention the above misconduct on her self-serving website at www.cameronmericle.com.   Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020), Linda practices with Cameron Mericle PA at 7875 Belle Pointe Drive in Greenbelt, Maryland.
