Attorney George Pallas of Philadelphia, PA; cheerleader for serial convicted drunks

The state of Pennsylvania presented George E. Pallas with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from Villanova University School of Law.

In one matter, George decided to act as a character witness for attorney Robert Toland II who is serial drunken convict who has been arrested and convicted of driving under the influence five (5) times. George had the chutzpah to give the following character witness testimony in support of Toland’s successful application to have his law license reinstated.

• Testified that Bobby was credible, hardworking and honest, as well as responsive, cooperative and sincere

Yeah, I suppose one could reasonably conclude that Mr. Toland is a hardworking drunk.
