The state of Ohio presented Kimberly Anne Valenti with a law license in 2002 after she graduated from Cleveland State University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Counsel found Kimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to appear for client court hearing
• Appellate court removed Kim in appeal matter due to gross negligence

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Kimmy by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.
