Attorney Dan Weiss of Perrysburg, OH; ethical goblin

The state of Ohio presented Dan Martin Weiss with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the University of Toledo School of Law.

FYI: The University of Toledo Law School is ranked as the 145^th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of matter
• Failed to provide client with “written” contingent fee agreement

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Danny fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.weissandfield.com. Apparently, Pete decided to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients so that he would not limit his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. (March 2020), Danny practices with Weiss & Field at 105 ½ Louisiana Avenue in Perrysburg, Ohio, a suburb of Toledo.
