Attorney Kelly Carden of Coventry, RI; ethical goblin

The state of Connecticut provided Kelly Carden with a law license in 2008 after she graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Law.

FYI: Quinnipiac University School of Law is ranked as the 169th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Kelly guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Kelly was retained to bring a civil suit against two individuals for conversion and breach of fiduciary duties. The client communicated his concerns to Kelly that the defendants in the case would be transferring property. He requested that Kelly obtain a prejudgment remedy of attachment, which would have allowed him to access the defendant’s assets before the case ended. However, Kelly two months to so act, despite repeated requests.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Grievance Committee punished Kelly by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak, (ca. March 2020), Paulie practices with the Carden Law Group LLC at 12 Potter Court in Coventry, Rhode Island.
