Attorney Peter McGuinness of Fairfield, CT; ethical dwarf

The state of Connecticut provided Peter J. McGuinness with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Bridgeport School of Law.

The Statewide Grievance Committee found Pete guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly handling of his IOLTA trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Pete by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
