Bronx Councilman Ruben Diaz Sr.: Today’s Public Official Misfit

FYI: Ruben has had his significant snout firmly implanted in the public trough for the past nineteen (17) years. Apparently, no self-respecting business in the greater Bronx area was about to offer him a good paying job.

In one matter, Ruben found it acceptable to mouth various homophobic comments about a member of the council.

As a direct consequence of his homophobic conduct, Ruben was stripped of a committee chairmanship.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Ruben continues to sit as a Bronx Councilman in Bronx, New York.
