Attorney Walter Jacobs of North Andover, MA; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented Walter H. Jacobs with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from Suffolk University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Walt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Walt’s representation of the defendant in a criminal matter would have been materially limited due to his responsibilities to the girl as his former patient when he was a licensed physician in Maine, Massachusetts and New Hampshire

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Overseers punished Walt by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2020) Walt practices with W. Jacobs and Associates at Law LLC at 795 Turnpike Street in North Andover, Massachusetts.
