Attorney Sandra Zaher of Windsor, Canada; greedy scofflaw   On March 29, 2012, he RCMP (Royal Canadian Mounted Police) arrested and charged Sandra Zaher for counseling clients to make refugee claims based on fake stories via fabricating false evidence.
Sandra’s arrest followed a two-month RCMP investigation into allegations she was instructing her clients, foreign nationals, to put forth sham refugee claims in order to remain in Canada.
Sandra claims to have branches of the Zaher Immigration Law Office in Damascus, Abu Dhabi, Jeddah and Riyadh.
Sgt. Steven Richardson of the RCMP said, “The RCMP is committed to pursue charges against those responsible for the fraudulent abuse of Canada’s immigration system.” “We want to ensure that the integrity of our national programs are maintained,” Sgt. Richardson said.
It will be interesting to see what the apologists for Attorney Misfits at the Law Society do in regards to ridding Canadians of a serial scofflaw like Sandra Zaher. There abysmal record in protecting the public from Attorney Misfits leaves a lot to be desired!
Sandra perverted Canada’s immigration system to unjustly enrich herself. Ex-Judge Steven Ellis of Toronto did the same thing; however he did it to obtain sexual favors. For an article about Ellis see the URL below.
As we speak (ca. April 2012) Sandra still retains her law license which allows her to practice her brand of law.
