Attorney Francis Anne-Fine of Henderson, NV; repeat offender, ethically impoverished

The state of Nevada presented Francis Anne-Fine with a law license in 1983 after she graduated from Golden Gate University Law School in San Francisco.

In 1992 Francis duped the voters into electing her as a Judge for the Family Division of the District Court for the State of Nevada.

During her tenure on the bench, the Nevada Judicial Commission found Francis guilty of engaging in a pattern of unlawful ex parte communications with therapists, psychologists, and court personnel regarding the ultimate issues presented to her for decision in three separate cases.

Francis was previously disciplined by the Commission for engaging in the same misconduct. In that instance, she had numerous ex parte contacts with two fellow Family Court Judges in an attempt to influence their decision regarding a case in which she had previously served as counsel for one of the parties.

As a consequence of her continuing misconduct, the Nevada Supreme Court ordered that Francis be removed from the bench.

As we speak (ca. April 2012) Francis practices law with the Francis Law Group at  8975 South Pecos Road in Henderson, Nevada.

On her self-serving website at www.thefinelawgroup.com, Francis makes no mention of the fact that she was removed from the bench because of her egregious misconduct. Apparently she believes that to do so would limit her future victim pool.
