Attorney Louise A. Klaila of New Orleans, LA; thieving loser

The state of Louisiana presented Louise A. Klaila with a law license in 2007 after she graduated from the University of Maine School of Law.

The Maine Grievance Commission found Louise guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Converted [stole] client funds
• Neglected her client’s legal matter
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to return unearned fees (thief)
• Failed to advance her client’s legal matter
• Intentionally failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Louise!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court punished Louise by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Louise practices in New Orleans, Louisiana.
