Attorney Henry Ferro of Ocala, FL; ethical ogre

The state of Florida presented Henry George Ferro with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law.  

FYI: University of Dayton School of Law is ranked as the 171st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Hank guilty of the following misconduct.

• Federal court sanctioned Hank for filing frivolous claims [BS] on client’s behalf
• After the Court dismissed client’s lawsuit Hank filed as an impermissible shotgun pleading, noting that the assertions were largely vague, conclusory and with unfounded sweeping accusations
• Court also dismissed with prejudice an amended complaint Ferro filed against some defendants based on various immunities

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Hank by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As one would suspect, Hank fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.ferrogourleylaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Hank practices with Ferro and Gourley PA at 108 North Magnolia Avenue in Ocala, Florida.
