Attorney Alka Sharma of West Palm Beach, FL; idiotic liar

The state of Florida presented Alka R. Sharma with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from the University of Miami School of Law.  

The Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Alka guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to file clients’ homeowner claims
• Failed to provide competent representation (idiot)
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Lied to clients that she had filed homeowner complaints on their behalf
• Gave false “updates” for several years, eventually informing the clients they won a favorable judgment and showing them a forged final judgment purportedly entered in their case
• After she told the clients she was meeting with a company that was willing to buy their judgment for a reduced rate, thus avoiding the appellate process, they discovered that the final judgment had been forged
• Failed to abide by client decisions

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme Court punished Alka by gifting her with a complimentary 18-month suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Alka practices with the ARS Law Group PA at 330 Clematis Street in West Palm Beach, Florida.
