Attorney Daveniya Fisher of Pooler, GA; ethical troll

The state of Georgia presented Daveniya Fisher with a law license in 2009 after she graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The State Bar of Georgia found Daveniya guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to file formal motion to set aside or appeal forfeiture order regarding her client
• Failed to timely inform client of court forfeiture order
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with her client
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Georgia Supreme Court punished Daveniya by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.
