Attorney Neil Buchalter of Merritt Island, FL; slacker, loser

The state of Florida presented Neil Jay Buchalter with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the Nova Southeastern University School of Law.  

FYI: Nova Southeastern is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The State Bar of Florida found Neil guilty of the following misconduct. 

• Failed to preserve client property
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Statewide Grievance Committee punished Neil by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Neil fails to mention the aforementioned misconduct on his self-serving website at www.buclawgroup.com. Apparently, he decided to conceal said information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. March 2020) Neil practices with Neil Buchalter PA at 2395 North Courtenay Parkway in Merritt Island, Florida.
