Attorney Jeffrey McKee of Phoenix; ethical troll

The state of Arizona presented Jeffrey A. McKee with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the University of Notre Dame School of Law.

The Arizona State Bar found Jeff guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to state the basis or rate of the fee and expenses for which the client will be responsible in writing
• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Failed in his duty to represent the best interests of a former client

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders of Attorney Misfits sitting on the Arizona Supreme Court punished Jeff by gifting him with a complimentary admonition. 

As we speak (ca. March 2019), Jeff practices with Davis McKee PLLC at 1650 North First Avenue in Phoenix, Arizona.
