Attorney Rajiv Nagaich of Federal Way, WA; ethical goblin

The state of Washington presented Rajiv Nagaich with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Seattle University School of Law.

The Washington State Bar found Rajiv guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Failed to assure staff conduct consistent with Rules of Professional Conduct

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Washington Supreme Court punished Rajiv by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Rajiv fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his self-serving website at www.lifepointlaw.com. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. May 2021), Rajiv practices with the Law Offices of Johnson & Nagaich PS at 31919 6^th Avenue South in Federal Way, Washington.
