The state of Pennsylvania provided Mark B. Peduto with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Syracuse University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel of Mark found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to place all qualified fiduciary funds in a trust account
• Failed to place funds of a decedent estate that were earmarked for payment of inheritances taxes into an approved account
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
• Failed to issue billing invoices to estate executors
• Failed to take reasonable steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Failed to promptly deliver to client or third-party funds owing to them
• Failed to maintain individual client trust ledgers
• Failed to maintain complete records of the receipt maintenance and disposition of client funds for a period of five years after termination of the client representation
• Failed to make required payments on behalf of an estate towards and inheritance tax of $23,843.89 that was due

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Mark practices with Calaiaro Valencik at 938 Penn Avenue in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
