Failed to maintain complete records of the receipt maintenance and disposition of client funds for a period of five years after termination of the client representation

Failed to make required payments on behalf of an estate towards and inheritance tax of $23,843.89 that was due
As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court punished Mark by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
