Attorney William Anderson IV of Creve Coeur, IL; ethical gnome

The state of Illinois presented William Mack Anderson with a law license in 1978 after she graduated from DePaul University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Billy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

  • Engaged in a sexual relationship with a client after the client-lawyer relationship commenced

Kind of gives a new meaning to being “screwed by your lawyer.”

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Billy fails to mention the above misconduct on his self-serving website at www.williamandersonlaw.com. Apparently, Billy chose to conceal this information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Billy practices with the Anderson Law Offices at 625 South Main Street in Creve Coeur, Illinois.
