Attorney Robert Krzys of Amsterdam, NY; ethical troll

The state of New York presented Robert J. Krzys with a law license in 1977 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

FYI: John Marshall School of Law is ranked as the 168^th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools

The Judicial Department Committee on Professional Standards found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly endorsed a check while representing the husband in a divorce action
• Distributed marital property to his client in contravention of the automatic court orders in place
• Failed to obtain court approval prior to distributing marital assets
• Failed to notify client’s wife or her attorney before he distributed marital assets

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Professional Standards Committee punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary censure.  

As we speak (ca. April 2020), Bobby practices at 107 Division Street in Amsterdam, New York.
