Attorney Terrence Nolan of Baltimore, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Terrence Michael Nolan license in 1985 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Terry guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safekeep unearned fees in attorney trust account
• Failed to obtain his client’s informed consent, confirmed in writing, to hold unearned fees outside his attorney trust account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Terry fails to mention his misconduct as set forth above on his self-serving website at www.terrencenolan.arbutus.us. Apparently, he chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
