Attorney Christine Falconer of Carrollton, OH; thieving slacker

The state of Ohio presented Christine Lynn Falconer with a law license in 1998 after she graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

FYI: The University of Akron is ranked as the 147th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel found Christy guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to comply with client information requests
• Failed to take steps to protect client interests upon termination
• Comingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to refund fee that was not earned [thief]

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Christie by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Christy practices at 50 Second Street SW in Carrollton, Ohio.
