Attorney Charles Theisler of Austintown, OH; serial felon

The state of Ohio presented Charles Walter Theisler with a law license in 1983 after he graduated from the University of Akron School of Law.

FYI: The University of Akron is ranked as the 147th best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

It should be noted that prior to receiving a law license, Charlie was a licensed chiropractor who practiced in Youngstown for over 20 years; however, he never completed the U.S. Medical Licensing Examinations and therefore was never a licensed physician.

The Disciplinary Counsel of the Ohio Supreme Court found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Was indicted by a grand jury on 118 counts relating to his activities at Pain Management Associates
• The counts included engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, drug trafficking, illegal processing of drug documents, and practicing medicine or surgery without a certificate
• A jury found Charlie guilty on 98 counts, and he served three years in prison

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 7-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2020) Charlie practices at 2111 Woodland Trace in Austintown, Ohio.
