Magistrate Judge Donna Lynah of Ridgeland, SC; moronic slacker

Disciplinary Counsel found Judge Lynah guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain professional competent in judicial administration (moron)
• Failed avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all activities
• Failed to respect and comply with the law
• Failed to act in manner that promotes public confidence in the judiciary
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to discharge her administrative duties without bias or prejudice
• Failed to cooperate with other judges and court officials in the administration of court business
• Failed to require her staff to observe standards of fidelity and diligence that apply to a judge

In another matter, Donna was arrested and charged with forging the title to a Rolls Royce for another magistrate; however, the charges were subsequently dismissed.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Judicial Misfits sitting on the South Carolina Supreme Court punished Donna by ordering that she be suspended from the bench for 90 days.

As we speak (ca. February 2020), Donna continues to sit as a magistrate judge in Ridgeland, South Carolina.
