Former Judge Jeffrey Jack of Topeka, KS; potty mouth loser

The State of Kansas provided Jeffrey Dean Jack with a law license in 1992 after he graduated from the University of Kansas School of Law.

Former Gov. Kathleen Sebelius was duped into appointing Jeffrey as a District Court judge in 2005. Jeffrey didn’t receive the appointment because he was the most qualified attorney in the greater Topeka area. He received it because he had proven to be a reliable lackey for the local political hacks.

The Kansas Commission on Judicial Conduct found Judge Jack guilty of the following misconduct, all which took place while he was sitting as an 11^th Judicial District Court judge in Topeka.

Examples of Jeff’s derogatory tweets are as follows.

• “If you see this picture and don’t see an asshole, we have a very different view of the world.” (reply to Trump feeding his then-wife Marla Maples a bunch of grapes)
• “My child has pre-existing condition, diabetes. Couldn’t be denied affordable coverage under ACA. F--k you for your vote.”
• Tweeted “fuck you,” to former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee and conservative political commentator Dinesh D’Souza

Jeffrey’s potty mouth tweets were used to derail his appointment by Gov. Laura Kelly as an appellate judge. In fact, when the appointment was presented to the Kansas Senate for confirmation the vote was 38 to zero for Jeff’s appointment.

After the vote by the Senate and Gov. Kelly’s withdrawal of his appointment, Jeff did what any well-intentioned coward does when facing disciplinary action, he resigned from the bench.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), it is rumored that Jeffrey has applied for a job as a greeter at the Walmart Supercenter Store at 2600 NW Rochester Road in Topeka, Kansas. And if that doesn’t pan out, he can always opt to become a licensed barber by enrolling for classes at Midwest Barber College at 901 SW 37th Street in Topeka, Kansas.
