Justice Genine Edwards of Brooklyn, NY; bullying loser

The state of New York provided Genine D. Edwards with a law license in 1993 after she graduated from St. John’s University School of Law.

The New York Commission on Judicial Conduct found Genine guilty of the following misconduct.

• Threatened to file ethics complaint against an attorney unless his client immediately offered to settle the case for $25,000
• Failed to act in manner promoting public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary
• Specifically engaged in coercive and improper conduct
• Demonstrated an insensitivity to her special ethical obligations as a judge

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Judicial Conduct Commission punished Genine by gifting her with a complimentary admonition.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Genine continues to sit as a Justice of the Supreme Court, Kings County in Brooklyn, New York.
