Attorney Christina Miller of Ocala, FL; ethical goblin

The state of Florida provided Christina D’Amato Miller with a law license in 2004 after she graduated from Barry University School of Law.

FYI: Barry is ranked as the 167th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Florida State Bar found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected several client matters
• Failed to adequately communicate with clients
• Failed to properly supervise office staff

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Florida Supreme punished Christy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As one would suspect, Christy fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on her self-serving website at www.ocalafamilyattorney.com. Apparently, she chose to conceal this relevant information for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.
