Attorney Christine Faro of Beverly, MA; ethical goblin

The state of Massachusetts presented Christine Ann Faro with a law license in 1988 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Christy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Made a negligent misrepresentation to a bankruptcy court
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Bankruptcy court ruled that Christy violated automatic stay and had made a false statement as to her knowledge of the wife’s bankruptcy

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Christy by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Christy practices at 900 Cummings Center in Beverly, Massachusetts.
