Attorney Daniel DeMaria of Quincy, MA; ethical gremlin

The state of Massachusetts presented Daniel DeMaria with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

Failed to disclose on his application for admission to the bar of New York, that the Law Society of Saskatchewan, Canada had determined, in September 2009, that Danny had violated the spirit and letter of that jurisdiction’s professional integrity policy

• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation
• Engaged in conduct that is prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Danny practices with Greco Neyland PC at 15 Cottage Avenue in Quincy, Massachusetts.
