Attorney Rachel Quinlan of East Longmeadow, MA; moronic cheater

The state of Massachusetts presented Rachael Quinlan with a law license in 2014 after she graduated from the New England School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Rachel guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected three separate client matters
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Rachel!)
• Failed to provide competent representation (moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client reasonably informed of status of matter
• Failed to respond to client information requests
• Failed to refund unearned portion of fee (cheater)
• Failed to provide client file to client upon client request

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Rachel by gifting her with a complimentary 6-month suspension of her law license

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Rachel practices in East Longmeadow, Massachusetts.
