Attorney Whitton Norris III of Dedham, MA; deadbeat loser

The state of Massachusetts presented Whitton E. Norris III with a law license in 1981 after he graduated from Boston University School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Whitton guilty of the following misconduct.

• Violated court orders for payment of child support
• Failure to pay child support led to five contempt findings
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Knowingly disobeyed obligations under the rules of a tribunal
• Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Tony’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Whitton by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Whitton practices with the Law Offices of Whitton Norris LLP at 888 Washington Street in Dedham, Massachusetts.
