Attorney Marina Matuzek of Worcester, MA; ethical troll

The state of Massachusetts presented Marina R. Matuzek with a law license in 1992 after she graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Marina guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to maintain adequate records
• Failed to remit unearned fees to clients when refunds became due (cheater)
• Failed to promptly withdraw her own fees out of IOLTA account.
• Failed to reconcile client trust accounts adequately
• Failed to maintain adequately all client financial records

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Marina by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Marina practices at 4 Austin Street in Worcester, Massachusetts.
