Attorney William Leonard of Litchfield, ME; ethical dwarf

The state of Massachusetts presented William Clarence Leonard with a law license in 2004 after he graduated from the University of Maine School of Law. Johnny also received a law license from Maine in 1980.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Billy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to make and maintain all financial records as required
• Improperly used office IOLTA trust account for client funds
• Improperly deposited earned fee payments to a non-trust money market account

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Billy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Billy practices with the Law Offices of William C. Leonard at 30 Kenway Drive in Litchfield, Massachusetts.
