Attorney Brian Kydd of Arlington, MA; repeat offender

The state of Massachusetts presented Brian B. Kydd with a law license in 1990 after he graduated from the Massachusetts School of Law.

The Board of Bar Overseers found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to communicate status of case with clients
  • Failed to return client filed within reasonable time upon request
  • Failed to properly advise clients he was withdrawing from the representation
  • Default judgment entered against clients due to negligence in failing to advise them of the filing of a lawsuit by their former employer

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary suspension of his law license for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Board of Bar Overseers punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Brian practices with Kneeland & Kydd at 33 Aberdeen Road in Arlington, Massachusetts.

CAUTION: Brian does not carry legal malpractice insurance
