Attorney John Harmon of Worthington, OH; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Phillip Louis Harmon with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from Capitol University of School of Law.

FYI: Capitol University School of Law is ranked as the 161st best law school in the country out of 200 ABA (American Bar Association) accredited law schools.

Disciplinary Counsel found Johnny guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Collected an illegal or clearly excessive fee (thief)
  • Engaged in a conflict of interests
  • Failed to withdraw after being discharged by client
  • Pursued or defended an action that is unsupported by law or lacks a good faith argument for an extension, modification, or reversal of existing law
  • knowingly made a false statement of fact or law to a tribunal
  • Communicated about the subject of the representation with a person the lawyer knows to be represented by another lawyer
  • Used means that had no substantial purpose other than to embarrass, harass, delay, or burden a third person

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Johnny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-year suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Johnny.

As we speak (ca. December 2019), Johnny practices at 6649 North High Street in Worthington, Ohio, which is a suburb of Columbus.
