Attorney Dana Chadwell of Chattanooga, TN; ethical goblin

The state of Tennessee provided presented Dana Layne Chadwell with a law license in 1999 after she graduated from William & Mary University School of Law.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Dana guilty of the following misconduct.

• Willfully failed to comply with an Order the Court of Criminal Appeals requiring Dana to file appellant brief on behalf of her criminal client

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Dana by gifting her with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. February 2020) Dana practices at 2826 Ozark Road in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
