The District of Columbia provided Robert E. Cappell with a law license in 1980 after she graduated from Howard University School of Law.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 1^st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Intentionally misappropriated (stole) client funds
• Failed to pay promptly monies that had been assigned to medical providers by two clients and instead used those funds to pay his personal and business expenses
• Intentionally and/or recklessly failed to hold safe funds of third persons in his possession in connection with a representation

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary three-year term of probation.

Bobby’s 2^nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
