Attorney Robert Newcomb of Little Rock, AR; ethical troll

The state of Arkansas provided Robert Alston Newcomb with aw license in 1973 after he graduated from American University School of Law.

The Committee on Professional Conduct found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter
• Failed to respond to at least two motions to dismiss client’s case
• Failing to respond to dismissal motions led to client loss of claims

As a direct consequence of his misconduct the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Committee on Professional Conduct punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary caution.

As we speak (ca. December 2019) Bobby practices at 400 West Capitol Avenue in Little Rock, Arkansas.
